RESORT RULES AND POLICIES
GENERAL POLICIES
THE RESORT AT ERIE LANDING (REL) IS A PRIVATELY OWNED AND OPERATED FACILITY. ANY BEHAVIOR OR CONDUCT NOT WITHIN THE RESORT STANDARDS CAN IMMEDIATELY RESULT IN THE REVOCATION OF YOUR CAMPING OR COTTAGE PRIVILEGES WITHOUT REFUND.

You are expected to respect the property and the right of all REL guests, and employees.

Quiet hours are 11 PM – 8 AM.

Golf carts must be driven by a licensed driver and we will give only one warning. Cart Keys will be taken on second violation.

Guests leaving cars or golf carts on the resort premises overnight should park in designated areas.

No pets are allowed on the pool deck. We are not responsible for the actions of any other animals. No pets are allowed in the clubhouse.

All guests must have a guest pass ($10/day per person over 3 years old).

Smoking is prohibited inside the clubhouse, the pool deck and Pavilion. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.

Young children on bikes need to have parental supervision, a helmet, and a headlamp in low visibility.

Use of personal drones is prohibited.

Use of fireworks is against corporate policy.

Speed limits strictly enforced. 15MPH on paved roads and 5MPH on gravel.
GOLF CARTS POLICIES

You MUST be at least 21 years of age to rent a golf cart.

You MUST present your drivers’ license to get a golf cart sticker. Provide proof of insurance.

Only 4 people are allowed on the 4-passenger cart (6 people on 6-person cart), no one should hang off the back of a golf cart, no rollerblading or skateboarding or being towed by the golf cart.

You MUST provide your own car seat for small children.

Seasonal carts pay an annual fee of $100 & need a sticker with your village site number.
POOL POLICIES
PARENTS NOTED NOT WATCHING THEIR CHILDREN AT THE POOL WILL LOSE POOL PRIVILEDGES FOR THE DAY

Proper bathing attire required. Please, no jeans, cut-offs, or thongs.

Children 14 years or under MUST be accompanied by an adult or responsible supervisor.

Running and/or horseplay will not be permitted on the pool deck. Please respect other guests.

Smoking is prohibited on the pool deck.

The lifeguards have full authority to enforce pool rules. Anyone asked to leave the pool MUST do so immediately.

Parents are responsible for the supervision and actions of their children at all times. The pool employees are not babysitters.

No skateboards etc. allowed on the pool deck.

No dogs are allowed on the indoor or outdoor pools or pool deck, restrooms, or the Clubhouse.
GUEST POLICIES

Guests are welcome; however, they must be accompanied by a RV camper at all times when on resort grounds.

Campers will be responsible for all charges and the conduct of their guests.

Guests should be informed of proper attire and conduct while using all Resort facilities.
FITNESS CENTER POLICIES

The Fitness Center is an adult facility. Young adults who are 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult.

Be courteous and leave the facility tidy and orderly.

Used towels go in the used towel bin.

Replace all weights that you used.

Wipe down equipment that you have used with the antibacterial spray.
MINOR CHILDREN

You MUST be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages.

Parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children always.
OPEN CONTAINERS

State law prohibits carrying open containers of alcoholic beverages off premises.
-
State law prohibits consumption of personal alcoholic beverages in the clubhouse, pools Pavilion or grounds near the Clubhouse.
