RESORT RULES AND POLICIES
GROUND RULES
THE RESORT AT ERIE LANDING (REL) IS A PRIVATELY OWNED AND OPERATED FACILITY. ANY BEHAVIOR OR CONDUCT NOT WITHIN THE RESORT STANDARDS CAN IMMEDIATELY RESULT IN THE REVOCATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP, YOUR CAMPING OR COTTAGE PRIVILEGES WITHOUT REFUND.

You are expected to respect the property and the right of all REL guests, employees, and members.

Loud noises and such will not be tolerated. Ever.

Quiet hours are 11 PM – 8 AM.

Golf carts must be driven by a licensed driver and we will give only one warning. Cart Keys will be taken on second violation.
GENERAL POLICIES
-
Membership cards are for members only – loaning them will forfeit your membership.
-
Children over 21 years of age MUST secure a membership in their own name.
-
Members leaving cars or golf carts on the resort premises overnight should park in designated areas.

No pets are allowed on the pool deck. We are not responsible for the actions of any other animals. No pets are allowed in the clubhouse.

All members and guest MUST sign in and out.

Members MUST see that guests fees are paid

Smoking is prohibited inside the clubhouse, the pool deck, Pavilion and at the Sunset Bar. Smoking areas with towers are in designated outside areas.

Please drive slowly and carefully at all times on the property. Main roads are under 15mph.

Young children on bikes need to have parental supervision.

Use of personal drones is prohibited.
-
Use of fireworks is against corporate policy.
DOCK POLICIES
-
The REL is not responsible for changes in water depth and/or any obstacle you many encounter while entering or exiting the marina.

Annual dockage fees are based on your status on the property.
-
All boating seasonal dockers are asked to display the club decal in a prominent place aboard their vessel.

Seasonal campers can pay an annual launch ramp fee. Transient campers or cottage renters can pay a daily launch fee. Daily launch fee is $15 per day per boat or jet ski.

Please be considerate – keep noise to a reasonable level during the day and no loud noise after 11:00 pm at your camp site or cottage and 10:00pm in the marina..
GOLF CARTS POLICIES

You MUST be at least 21 years of age to rent a golf cart.

You MUST present your drivers’ license to get a golf cart sticker. Provide proof of insurance.

Only 4 people are allowed on the 4-passenger cart (6 people on 6-person cart), no one should hang off the back of a golf cart, no rollerblading or skateboarding or being towed by the golf cart.

You MUST provide your own car seat for small children.

Seasonal carts pay an annual fee of $100 & need a sticker. Come to the Admin Building to be issued a cart sticker.
POOL POLICIES
PARENTS NOTED NOT WATCHING THEIR CHILDREN AT THE POOL WILL LOSE POOL PRIVILEDGES FOR THE DAY

Swimmers MUST wear bathing suits. Please, no jeans, cut-offs, thongs, or other visually inappropriate attire will be permitted.

Children 13 years or under MUST be accompanied by an adult or responsible supervisor.

Running and/or horseplay will not be permitted on the deck. All swimmers are expected to conduct themselves so as not to interfere with, or annoy, other guests.

Smoking is prohibited on the pool grounds.

All persons entering the pool facilities MUST present their membership cards or have a wristband on (including guests).

Members MUST see that guest fees are paid ($10.00 per guest in 2021)

The lifeguards have full authority to enforce pool rules. Anyone asked to leave the pool MUST do so immediately.

Parents are responsible for the supervision and actions of their children at all times. The pool employees are not babysitters.
-
No skateboards etc. are ever allowed on the pool deck.

No personal beverages are allowed on the pool deck, with the exception of infant foods.
-
No personal coolers are allowed on the pool deck, in the clubhouse, at the Sunset Bar, in the Pavilion, on the grounds at or near the pool or pond.

No dogs are allowed on the indoor or outdoor pools or pool deck, restrooms, RELish Sunset Bar, RELish Poolside Eats, or the Clubhouse.
GUEST POLICIES

Guests are welcome; however, they MUST be accompanied by a RV camper/member at all times when on resort grounds.

RV Campers/members, Cottage renters MUST make arrangements to obtain passes and wristbands for your guests. Guests can not use Rec Center, pool area, etc. without a guest wristband. $10 per person per day

Campers/members will be responsible for all charges and the conduct of their guests.

Guests should be informed of proper attire and conduct while using all Resort facilities.
FITNESS CENTER POLICIES

The Fitness Center is an adult facility. In general, young adults who are 13 or under must be accompanied by an adult.

Be courteous and leave the facility tidy and orderly.
-
Used towels go in the used towel bin.
-
Replace all weights that you used.
-
Wipe down equipment that you have used with the antibacterial spray.
CLUBHOUSE - REC CENTER
-
Shoes, shirts, and/or cover ups are required in the clubhouse.

RELish Eats, RELish Sunset Bar and RELish Marketplace are available for your food and beverage purchases.
MINOR CHILDREN
-
State law prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from sitting at the bar.
-
You MUST be 21 years of age or older to drink alcoholic beverages at the REL.
-
No one under 14 years of age will be allowed at the Clubhouse after 5:00PM, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
-
Parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children always.
OPEN CONTAINERS
-
State law prohibits carrying open containers of alcoholic beverages off premises.
-
State law prohibits consumption of personal alcoholic beverages in the clubhouse, pools Pavilion or grounds near the Clubhouse.
BILLING AND PAYMENT
-
Yearly membership dues if applicable are to be paid on your anniversary of joining.
